Troubleshooting

Covers common issues such as file upload errors, incorrect data, login problems, and missing feature access. 

Incorrect Data in Dashboard 

  • If you see incorrect data in your Dashboard, we suggest you go through the following steps: 
    • Is your tenant / are your tenants correctly added? To understand how to add your tenants to the tool, please consider this [page, link to website that holds the text to section 1 article 4] 
    • Did you fulfill your payment obligations to use the tool? If you need to understand your payment situation, please refer to your account contact directly. 
    • Are you on the correct Qhub Plan? Are you still on a Freemium model, or did you upgrade your account? 
    • If the above doesn’t solve your problem, then please connect with us at hub-support@licenseq.com. Please send a thorough description of your issue by adding at least: 
    • The tenant(s) that was added 
    • The overview of the licenses read out 
    • The issue you are experiencing 

We strive to answer your questions within 24 hours. 

Login Problems 

If you experience login problems, please make sure that your account was successfully activated. You should have received multiple emails from the Qhub signup process, with a final one confirming your account was set up successfully.  

If you’re still facing issues, we separate the below troubleshooting for admins and non-admins of Qhub 

For Admins: 

  1. Make sure you are logging in with the correct account and/or email address that was used in the signup process 
  2. In the admin page, make sure your name appears in the settings page. And that this account is listed as Active and as Organization Owner 
  3. If this does not seem to be correctly setup, please send an email to hub-support@licenseq.com and we will help you with your problem 

For non-admins: 

  1. Check with the administrator of your account if your account was set up correctly. The Admin needs to add your account manually to the system and you should have received an automated email allowing you to activate your account 
  2. If the administrator states to have gone through the steps correctly, they should reach out to hub-support@licenseq.com for further support from our side.
