Qhub Activation Guide
- In order to enable user-level license consumption analysis, go to https://admin.microsoft.com/ and then click on the following: Show all (to show all menu items on the left) -> Settings -> Org settings -> Reports -> Uncheck the “Display concealed user, group and site names in all reports” option -> Save

- Go to hub.license.com
- Log in with your Microsoft credentials (or other credentials if provided)

- After logging in, click on the name that appears in the bottom left corner:

- A menu will fold out as per the below. Navigate to Settings

- Follow the steps as per the description in the Organization Settings field. You will need your tenant ID(s) that you can get from the Entra ID Admin portal (entra.microsoft.com). Fill out the tenant ID(s) in the correct field and click Connect

- You will be prompted to sign in with a Microsoft account. Make sure this is done with an account that has either “Privileged Role Administrator” or “Global Administrator” rights.
- Accept the requested permissions:

- If the connection was successful, Hub will display the following message:
- Make sure the correct domain(s) are listed under the Allowed Domains section on this page. If the domains are not listed or are not fully listed, please contact your Qhub account manager to request the domain(s) to be added.

- Optional: on this page you can also check and make sure the correct users are assigned access to the portal. User Admin can be done here
- When all steps are completed, the tenant(s) will be connected to the Qhub tool and will start loading the data. When the data is loaded, the administrator of the account will receive a notification email. Depending on the size of your tenant, obtaining this information can take up to an hour
